NBA fans are having a range of reactions to a tweet recalling Klay Thompson’s time with the Mavs. HaterReport posted that Thompson wanted to play with Luka Doncic so bad that he asked to be traded out of the Warriors, but the Slovenian ended up being moved to the Mavs in exchange for Anthony Davis, who ended up being traded out himself.
Davis was most recently traded out to the Wizards after months of speculation that both Dallas and the hooper himself are unhappy with each other. Davis has been playing pretty poorly ever since he got to Dallas, and fans have been calling out for a trade ever since. However, many fans feel that Thompson is pretty happy where he is right now, even though he might not be putting up the best stats in this campaign.

“Klay is just happy he’s got Meg now,” one fan announced, but hilariously shared a picture of the rapper sitting alongside Daniel Radcliffe.
“Someone said ‘at least he has Megan’ (skull emoji) like that’s something to brag about,” one fan mocked.
“If I was him I would play for min or retire before I left. I get it. You don’t want your legacy tried to Steph, you want to be your own man, but at the end of day Steph was the best complimentary player for your game and leaving exposed everything they were saying about you,” one more fan remarked.
NBA Fans Feel Klay Thompson Would Be Spectacular With The Lakers
On another note, many NBA fans actually feel that Klay Thompson would be a spectacular addition to the Lakers and that he would definitely shine if he got to LA. Thompson has always tried to take his own path, but the path has most of the time tried to deceive him, at least on the court.
