NBA fans are having a field day making jokes with the Mavericks’ poor current record. The Mavs put up perhaps the worst show of their franchise history when they were defeated by the Pelicans a few hours ago.

Fans are definitely not happy with the team, with Dallas currently placed 15th in the Western table. Mavs’ rookie legend Cooper Flagg also reacted to the string of defeats in his very first season with the team, admitting he has not faced so many losses in his basketball career.

“The ‘Win-Now’ Mavs are now 15th in the West (grimacing face emoji)” NBA Memes tweeted.

“It was win the lottery now” one fan said about the Mavs.

“Only a fool put this team in the ‘win now’ category.” Another fan said.

“I don’t think a healthy Kyrie would make a difference” one more fan pointed out, referring to Kyrie Irving’s injury early in the season.

The Mavericks are clearly struggling and fans don’t have the best hopes for the team in this ongoing campaign. Fans have lost all hope especially after the team lost to none other than New Orleans in the last game, since the Pelicans are known to be among the weakest in the league.

NBA Fans Can’t Help But Bring Up Doncic-Davis Trade

NBA fans are clearly not ready to let go of the shocking trade between the Lakers and the Mavs, which saw Luka Doncic go to LA and Anthony Davis coming to Dallas. While fans of the franchise were initially excited at the exchange, they now are calling the trade a stupid decision.

“I thought AD was supposed to be that guy (laughing with tears emoji) AD first option hoops are horrific” one fan pointed out at the Doncic-Davis trade.

“However much you hate Nico Harrison I promise it’s not enough” another fan said, sharing a tweet reporting that the Lakers are on a five-game winning streak right now.

“Nico Harrison is only good at winning the lottery and tanking” yet another fan called out GM Nico Harrison.

Anthony Davis has not played well at all ever since he reached the Mavs, much to the frustration of fans. On the other hand, Luka Doncic has been killing it with the Lakers and despite his injury, the team has managed to land a five-game win streak as of now. Fans have not only been trolling Nico Harrison for the blunder in giving up Doncic, but also calling for his firing from the team.
