Jayson Tatum got injured, and he’s been out of the team for a while now. The Boston Celtics played without Tatum for a long time, but he seems to be getting back to form. Tatum is expected to return anytime soon, and many believe that he will have a strong comeback.

A post on X went viral where NBA Fans were unconvinced that Tatum would make an impact if he returns early from injury. Legion Hoops stated that NBA insider Chris Haynes reported: Tatum is coming back this season.

While many thought that some NBA fans would cheer, it turned out to be the other way around. NBA fans were not buying the fact that Tatum would have a strong comeback. Several fans dropped negative comments on his return. Here are some reactions from X.

“This could go really good or really bad for the Celtics,” wrote one fan.

“It’s becoming obvious now. Brad Stevens randomly mentioned they didn’t apply for the Disabled Player Exception, and then JB said on his stream knowing JT that he expects him to break the record for the fastest recovery from an Achilles injury. He’ll be back late feb- march,” one fan responded.

“That shit bout to slide right off the bone,” another fan replied.

NBA Fans Drop Negative Reactions To Jayton Tatum’s Return

A few fans believe that Tatum will have a huge impact for the Celtics upon his return. Yet, most of them were not bothered too much, and some stated that they had moved on. Here are some more reactions from X.

“No one is anticipating his return we have moved on,” one fan chipped in.

“He should take year off tbh Celtics not winning the chip this year,” one fan replied.

“Can’t wait for when he comes back and ruins the Celtics chemistry and momentum,” another fan wrote sarcastically.

Several NBA fans see Tatum’s return as unnecessary. Many believe that he should take rest and recover properly instead of coming back and making things worse. On the other hand, a large bunch of fans felt that his return would make things worse, and the Celtics are not going to win a championship anyway.
