Dennis Rodman’s ex-wife has stirred some conversation among NBA fans after she was recently spotted selling the former Chicago Bulls star’s memorabilia from his playing days.
In an episode way back on January 21, 2013, of The Pawn Stars, Rodman’s ex-wife, Annie Bakes, sold Rodman’s game-worn jerseys for a total of $4,300, including one that the five-time NBA Champion has signed for his daughter.

That number alone had NBA fans talking.
@Jacotheclipper wrote, “selling the one signed to his daughter was diabolical.”
@KnauticalMiles pointed out the market difference: “1997–98 Chicago Bulls game-worn jersey (with unique provenance) sold for about $20,400 at auction. Another reading shows a Rodman game-worn Bulls jersey valued with a make-offer suggestion around $26,800.”
Not everyone viewed it strictly as a money issue. @j10swizzyprod commented, “Do you understand the torment Dennis put her through?? She was probably happy to finally get rid of that memory.”
Rodman and Bakes’ marriage famously lasted just 82 days, a period marked by turbulence. For NBA fans, the resurfaced clip reopened both financial and personal debates.
“When LeBron blows past him, he’s gonna grab him around the neck like Draymond does”: NBA fans debate on Dennis Rodman’s take on guarding LeBron James
Another Rodman moment making rounds involves his take on defending LeBron James.

“You know who could lock up LeBron? Me, Mike, and Scottie could,” Rodman said last year.
He doubled down: “ I would have locked his a** up. LeBron is so easy to play… He don’t have any moves.”
With the quote circulating again, NBA fans remain divided.
@jason23lake joked, “When lebron blow past him he gonna grab him around the neck like draymond does.”
@kc224142 sided with Rodman, posting, “Rodman is right, plus he will live in his head, rent free.”
@kinglostyy countered, “Karl Malone avg 25 points and 10 rebounds against Dennis Rodman and LeBron James is 10 times faster then Karl Malone so idk where this delusion is coming from.”
From memorabilia sales to hypothetical matchups, Rodman still manages to stir NBA fans years after his playing days ended.
