NBA fans may have just gotten an early look at a potential prospect in Jack Moynahan — Tom Brady’s son — after a batch of highlights from one of his recent high school games started making the rounds online.
Jack, Brady’s son with ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan, has already drawn attention because of his size. At 6-foot-6, he looks the part, but that didn’t stop NBA Twitter from having some fun with the clips.

@hypurr2537 didn’t waste time stirring debate: “already better than bronny.”
@RayKennard thought he was watching something straight out of Hollywood: “I thought these were basketball scenes from the 80s movie Teen Wolf.”
And @gre__edy chimed in with the simplest takeaway after seeing Jack’s shooting confidence: “He will be sinking them from half-court for fun lol.”
Jack, now 18, plays for Riverdale County School. Back when he was 13, he seemed much more aligned with football and even worked as a ball boy for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Bridget mentioned he was exploring different sports at the time — fast forward to 2025, and he’s clearly carving out space on the hardwood.
“Boy hooping like Jerry West”: NBA fans get nostalgic watching Jack Moynahan play
Beyond the jokes, some NBA fans said Jack’s playing style felt like a throwback.

Watching the viral reel, @ChiefMista22 pointed out some old-school echoes: “Boy hooping like Jerry west and Bob Cousey.”

@westwingraven added a tongue-in-cheek take on what might be fueling him: “Oh sh*t those abandonment issues might fuel him to be the next Kyle Korver.”
And @KanavisLLama felt a bit of Chicago Bulls flair in the mix: “tony kukoc type beat.”
Jack is still figuring out what his future looks like, but with clips like these, fans are already curious to see how far he can take it.
