NBA fans are massively trolling Steph Curry, with reports coming in that his brother Seth will be his teammate with the Warriors after re-signing. Seth will be a Warriors player for the rest of this season, but has not reached the level of fame that his brother Steph has.

Fans were quick to point this out in the responses, with many mocking Steph for vouching for his brother who might not be as popular as him. At the same time, there were many who felt that Seth can contribute more to the Warriors when compared to many other active players.

“Seth Curry intends to re-sign with the Golden State Warriors on Monday to a deal for the remainder of the season, sources tell ESPN. Curry – who shot an NBA – best 45.6 % from 3-point range in 2024-25 – joins older brother Stephen on the Warriors for his 12th season in the league.” Shams Charania tweeted.

“LeBron would never get his brother a job” one fan pointed out.

“No disrespect but what does Seth curry provide for the warriors that the warriors don’t have” another fan said.

“The Lakers play father-son basketball, while the Warriors play brother basketball.” one more fan remarked.

NBA Fans Are Also Happy With Seth Curry Re-Signing With The Team

On another note, NBA fans are pretty happy with Seth Curry re-signing with the team. Seth might not be as popular as his older brother, but is still a pretty skilled shooter himself. The younger Curry will definitely be a valuable addition to the Warriors right now, but some fans feel that coach Steve Kerr is doing the wrong thing by continuing to add guards to the roster.

“I cannot believe there are people actually hype about signing Seth Curry as the NINTH guard (Steph, Podz, GPII, Buddy, Pat, Will, Moody, Melton) on the Warriors roster. NINE guards and not one good center. Is this so Steve Kerr can attempt a 6-guard lineup? Make it make sense. (rolling on the floor laughing)” one fan said.

“Surprisingly, Seth Curry is a better career shooter than Steph, statistics-wise. Exact same GF% (47.1%). 3PT% he is freaking 43.3% vs. 42.3% by Steph” another fan said.

“Finally someone decent off the bench” one more fan added.

Right now, the Warriors seem to be doing pretty decently, but with Seth Curry’s re-signing, it clearly seems like Kerr has the intention of adding more guards to the team’s roster. Still, fans will be eager to see a little more brother-to-brother camaraderie in the Warriors team.
