“Tanking Without A Draft Pick Is Diabolical”: NBA Fans Pounce On Clippers After Losing Five Straight Games, Dropping To A 5-16 Record

NBA fans are having hilarious reactions to the most recent defeat against the Clippers, which puts the team in the second-last position of the West. It is no lie that the Clippers have had one of the worst seasons of their entire history, with the team barely managing five wins so far in the campaign.

As of now, the team is riding an excruciatingly painful losing streak, with the loss handed over to them by Miami being the latest one. Fans are definitely losing their minds at this point of no return, with of course, jokes about the upcoming draft picks reigning in the responses.

“BREAKING: The Clippers are now 5-16 on the season and have lost 5 straight games. They’re currently 13th in the West.” Legion Hoops tweeted.

“Tanking without a draft pick is diabolical (laughing with tears emoji x2)” one fan joked.

“Sam Presti Staring At LA Clippers 1st Round Draft Pick” another fan pointed out the OKC General Manager.

“And the 20-1 OKC has their pick next year (crying emoji) Clippers ruining the league man” one more fan echoed.

Leaving aside their draft pick situation, the Clippers are in troubled waters right now and fans seem to be genuinely concerned about the team. The defeat at the hands of Miami was most particularly painful, with only Kawhi doing decently for LA.

NBA Fans Continue To Troll LA Clippers’ 5-16 Record

NBA fans are continuing to take shots at the Clippers for their abysmal record so far, especially since the team has made many sacrifices to accumulate this particular roster. However, their strategies seem to have let them down, leaving loyal fans heartbroken.

“Sell the team, tear down the stadium” one fan called out.

“The Clippers mortgaged 10 years of their life just to get Kawhi in hopes they’d win ONE ring. They’re settling for the consolation prize of one WCF appearance.” Another fan said.

“Picked the worst season to have a tanking-type season with no picks. At least if you are this bad, you at least end in a lottery.” One more fan referred to the draft pick situation with the Clippers and OKC.

From here, it seems like the Clippers are going to continue getting thrashed in the season, while OKC continues to reign at the top. While LA has barely made a dent in this campaign, the Thunder are continuing to rule the West with only a single defeat so far in the season.
