NBA Fans were left confused after the Utah Jazz announced a tragic injury report involving their newly arrived star, Jaren Jackson Jr.
According to the reports, Jackson is expected to miss the remainder of the season for surgery to remove a tumor on his knee, which was discovered days after he was traded to the Jazz.
However, NBA Fans really don’t buy with the reports, and no, it isn’t because of Jackson’s rare condition, but on the Jazz’s ulterior motives. User @AllanLemDFS, however, decided to add a bit of hilarity on the matter, writing, “Jazz GM knowing that tanking will be even easier now without Jaren Jackson Jr.”
Given their 18-38 standing as of Thursday, NBA Fans are now led to believe that the Jazz’s goal this season has always been the same. With tanking, Fans knew that the Jazz are seeking for young prodigies in hopes of lifting the team up once more. And as usual, Fans always won’t end the day without being hilarious about it.
“Well played Utah Jazz, next Markkanen will be out for some water in his knee that needs to be drained ending his season,” one user wrote.
“insane tank job by even eliminating star players. crazy,” one user remarked.
“Slicing open the knee is next level tanking,” one user posted.
“Honestly respect Utah. I wish my franchise would’ve just openly tanked for years it’s not like there gonna get punished for it,” one user wrote.

NBA Fans won’t need a second to realize that Utah is playing a long game: sacrificing the win-now strategy by gathering more losses. And with more losses equals high chances of gaining future stars, Fans knew that the Jazz has been investing in the hope that those stars will bring them back to relevance.
NBA Fans criticize Utah’s motives amidst tragic Jackson report
While NBA Fans having the utmost right to feel heartbroken after Jackson’s playing no more for the rest of the season, they were also very furious on why this has to happen. And Fans had led to believe the reports were just an ugly way for the Jazz to focus on their tanking strategy.

User @Alagie04 felt insulted on the reports, writing, “The tank job we’ve seen from the Jazz this season has been absolutely ridiculous. @NBA investigate these mfs!”
User @iknowballUdont2 believes the NBA must scrutinize the Jazz once more, remarking, “nba needs to punish this team they’re deliberately tanking give them the 5th pick again.”
Either way, NBA Fans are not happy regarding the reports, and many Fans believe that it’s all part of the Jazz’s failing strategy.
