NBA fans are reacting wildly to Steph Curry wearing a pair of Nikes to the Jazz game recently. The incident was definitely a shocker, especially since Curry has been donning Under Armour shoes for quite some time now. Curry decided to go with the Nike Sabrina 3 sneaker for the Jazz game, inspiring a range of memes and jokes from his fans.
“It’s kind of cool to understand the history of the game and the themes around certain teams we’re playing. I brought out the Flu Games and the Final Shorts and then played in the Sabrina 3s. Everybody should be on alert. I’m calling everybody trying to get some good product. It’s just fun to honor certain eras [and] moments in the game, current athletes who are doing great things. Just having fun with it.” Steph Curry said after the game.

“Steph wearing Nikes in a game for the first time since 2013 (seeing emoji)” Legion Hoops tweeted.

“His ankles better not fall off the bone” one fan said.
“Didn’t he have ankle issues back in the day? Why tf is he wearing low tops again (face palming emoji)” one more fan echoed.
“Will Steph knee ever heal?” yet another fan went on to question.
NBA Fans Call Out Under Armour For Ruining Steph Curry Deal
On another note, NBA fans were merciless to Under Armour after Steph Curry and the brand had a major falling out. Fans mocked the brand for ruining what could have actually gone on to be a pretty successful for both them and the player.

“Yeah, under armour good-bye” one fan said.
“Under armor fumbled the bag in a huge way” yet another fan noted.
“Under armor might’ve been bro biggest flaw can’t lie” one fan remarked.
While it is not clear as to what specifically let to the falling out, it is reported that Curry had concerns about the actual performance and sales of his shoes with the brand. Another point of contention that the hooper felt was the brand being reluctance to sign Caitlin Clark, despite his insistence that they do so.
Curry did wear Nikes to the Jazz game, but is not sure as to whether the player has struck up a deal with them. Curry also showed off Kobe’s sometime back, and it is predicted that the baller might soon announce his next partnership.
