Steph Curry’s sneaker free agency is still very much a thing — and NBA fans are clearly enjoying every twist of it.
Before Golden State faced the Atlanta Hawks on Sunday, Curry showed up wearing Caitlin Clark’s Kobe 6 PEs. It didn’t take long for clips and screenshots to make the rounds online, with fans zeroing in on the choice almost immediately.

@jgeraci6021 loved it, posting, “The best shoe for 3 points shooters.”

Not everyone was impressed, though. @CitizenKane884 took a shot at the Warriors, saying, “Just to get that ass waxed by 30.”
Meanwhile, @Lisac55458405C kept it simple, adding, “He looks the best in those shoes.”
The footwear buzz couldn’t save Golden State on the scoreboard. Even with Curry lacing up Clark’s PEs, the Warriors fell to Atlanta, 124–111.

“Never gets old”: NBA fans still in awe of Steph Curry’s shooting
Loss or not, Curry still gave fans something to talk about.
At 37, he continues to pull off shots that feel ripped straight from his prime. During the game, Curry knocked down a familiar look-away, fading three — the kind of shot that barely registers as surprising anymore, yet still somehow does.
@Brandondoyle summed up the feeling with, “Never gets old!”

@ARBasketball_ added, “Steph still breaking ankles effortlessly.”
And @jakcsonstone confidently declared, “He’s never missed one of these.”

Golden State may have come up short, but Curry’s night was anything but quiet. He finished with 31 points, along with five assists and three rebounds. The performance also pushed him past Michael Jordan for the most 30-point games by a player after turning 30 — another reminder that even in a loss, Steph Curry keeps rewriting the book.
