Thousands of NBA fans paused last Thursday to show love for one of the league’s most recognizable families. GS Warriors star Stephen Curry appeared alongside his wife Ayesha and their youngest child, Caius, during a brief, pre-game photo-op that quickly caught attention online.
The family photo gained traction after being posted by the X/Twitter fanpage @WardeIICurry30, gaining more than half a million views and 15k likes. The NBA fans, melted over the wholesome family photo, didn’t hesitate to send positive and motivating comments to the Currys.

“OMG baby Caius Curry [yellow heart emoji],” the poster captioned.
“Ima need Brodie to be atleast 6’5 [pray emoji],” one commented.

“y’all, cuteness overload—little caius is already running the show [heart emoji],” one wrote.
“Baby Beautiful!!! We Dubs be makin these cutie patooties!!! Baby #DubNation love!!!” one posted.
“Ayesha finally got one,” one commented.
However, some NBA fans were left puzzled at the photo, unaware that Caius is the newest addition to the Curry family. One X user even went a step further, writing “It’s funny that ppl think Steph’s kids aren’t his,” adding heat to the confusion and buzz circulating among the viewers.
For the NBA fans: Caius entered the Curry family in 2024, joining Riley, Ryan, and Canon as the second son. At just one year old, the viewers quickly noticed how Caius had grown incredibly much, with some joking that Steph’s genes were the reason behind the unreal development.
In fact, Ayesha has been bringing Caius to his dad, Steph’s, games, making it clear that the Curry family is always behind the NBA superstar.
NBA Fans mixed after Stephen Curry’s defense of his wife Ayesha
Last year was nearly a disaster for Stephen Curry and his wife, Ayesha, as NBA fans bombarded the latter with criticism and hate after her controversial take on the podcast “Call Me Daddy,” admitting that she once didn’t want to start a family and instead become a “career girl.”

However, to the NBA fans’ shock, Steph didn’t let this slide. Instead of leaving his wife hanging, he went to defend her and wrote “My woman!!!” on an Instagram post. Still, this didn’t stop the 700+ comments that garnered a mix of positive and negative reactions over his comment.

“Leave her bro,” one user commented.
“yes that’s your woman but she disrespecting you,” one added.
Thankfully, many comments actually showed support to the Currys even amidst the controversy, as shown by this comment from an Instagram user, writing, “aww 🥰 that’s soo sweet ❤️you two are really an inspiration.” The hype surrounding Ayesha’s issue has also ended, and NBA fans are once again sending support to the family.
