NBA fans were shocked to learn that James Harden has a six-year-old son, whose existence and identity has been kept secret for years together. Harden has always been known for keeping his private life, really private, but this was a truth-bomb no one expected.

Harden revealed his son, Jace’s existence, during the filming of the ‘Starting 5’ series on Netflix. A short clip of Jace in Harden’s house has been going around and the Clippers point guard can be heard speaking loftily about the little man.

“Jace means the world. He’s uh, you know, I think everybody who have children understand the difference of love that you have for, you know, someone that you created. It’s just, uh…it’s a joy. It’s, you know…it’s your little mini me. And for me, just not even being selfish, but just something that you created, something that you wanna mold and be better than you is a…is a different kind of, you know, love.” James Harden says in the viral video clip.

Of course, the internet had an interesting range of reactions to James Harden’s son. Harden is also expecting another baby on the way with his girlfriend, Paije Speights. One particular comment even brought up Harden’s love of partying, remarking that this makes him a bad father to Jace.

“Imagine having a dad that sleeps with women in clubs on a nightly basis” one fan commented.

“LMFAO. Harden no one is surprised you have a secret son with a stripper you knocked up. N***a sitting there acting like he’s some sort of enigma we peons aren’t ready for” another fan said.

“When did this happen lol” one more fan commented.

NBA Fans Continue To Be Shocked With James Harden’s Son

NBA fans definitely cannot hold in their surprise in learning about James Harden’s son, Jace. Many appreciated the fact that Harden kept his son’s existence a secret from the entire world, with many comparing father and son.
