NBA fans are taking shots at Zach LaVine for his latest remarks after the Kings defeated the Heat recently. LaVine managed to chalk up 42 points for the team and when he was asked about this after the game, the hooper arrogantly remarked that he could easily do this in every game if only he got the ball enough.

Fans were quick to pull up receipts from LaVine’s previous games, with many stating that the player’s consistency is terrifying to trust him. Nevertheless, Sacramento emerged the winner of the showdown, easily defeating the Heat.

“Zach LaVine on his 42-point performance last night: ‘I can do that any night if they give me the damn ball enough.’” Legion Hoops tweeted.

“Next game he’ll have 10 points on 3-18 shooting with 8 turnovers” one fan mocked LaVine.

“zach talking like the only thing between him and 40 a night is someone remembering he exists” another fan said.

“N**gas have a good game and then start saying anything (crying emoji)” one more fan pointed out.

Both LaVine and the Kings have plenty more to do if they hope to pull up their numbers in this ongoing campaign. Sacramento is third-last in the West and will need to add more wins soon if it wants to be taken seriously.

NBA Fans Also Agree With Zach LaVine’s Remarks

On another note, many NBA fans felt that Zach LaVine was pretty right about himself when he said those words after the Heat game. Many recalled that LaVine was a solid shot, but had many other areas that he desperately needed to work on.

“Give Zach at least 16-17 FGA, and he could definitely do it. It’s just that when you share the floor with multiple shot creators who also want to shoot the ball at a high clip as well. It makes it impossible to have such green light.” one fan said.

“He is somewhat right go look at his number this year when. He shoots over 17 times a game. I’l wait…he’s one of the most efficient scorers in the league. So haters go check that.” another fan said.

“He can drop 42, but can’t play any damn defense.” one more fan said.

Of course, for Zach LaVine to put up an incredible performance, the terms and conditions have to be perfect. LaVine has been known for playing terribly whenever his team’s chances have been hit, or if he has flunked a few shots already.
