NBA fans are having a range of reactions to Paul Pierce comparing Michael Jordan with none other than Shai-Gilgeous Alexander. Pierce and Danny Green were discussing SGA’s performance this season on ‘No Fouls Given’ when the former made the strange statement which got wild reactions from fans.
Most fans were of course in complete disagreement with Pierce, who has developed a penchant for saying eccentric things about the game now and then. Many fans called out Pierce for comparing SGA to one of the greatest ballers in history, especially when a large percentage of fans label Jordan as the GOAT.

“It’s not just the handles, but you have a plethora of moves in your bag.” Danny Green responded.
“Mike had a limited bag. He didn’t need to do all that fancy sh*t, he was right to the business.” Pierce added.
“Shai has more of a bag, though, but he usually uses it so he can get to his spot. Mike had a bag but did not need to use it.” Green went on.
“They think over dribbling and constantly baiting for fouls with a push off step back is a bag” one fan trolled Paul Pierce and Danny Green.
“Jordan fadeaway is bigger than everything Shai provides on the offensive end” one more fan clarified.
“Mike bag wasn’t deep, but it was EFFECTIVE, Same with Kobe & Bron. Kyrie has the deepest bag of all time, but it’s not as effective as theirs cuz it’s too versatile to be specialized.” Another fan said.

Meanwhile, many other NBA fans called out Paul Pierce for his habit of saying ridiculous things which bring plenty of hatred to the retired hooper. Despite all the hate, Pierce has continued to shock fans with his statements.

“Paul Pierce has officially reached the ‘I have to say increasingly stupid sh*t each week to get any attention at all’ phase of his career.” a fan echoed.
Paul Pierce clearly knew what he was getting into when he had this particular conversation with Danny Green, who is equally ridiculous for these statements about MJ. Nevertheless, the rage-baiting has brought plenty of views and interactions to their episode.
