It could be damage control that we’re seeing as NBA fans have taken notice of a change in Ayesha Curry’s social media behavior. And it is causing such a ruckus right now.
If you’re reading this, it means that, like us, you’ve all been witness to the now legendary post of Ayesha contemplating on the ‘what could’ve been’s and all of that. We all know that anything you post and feed into the internet stays in there forever. The internet never forgets. The NBA fans never forget.

The message itself may have been taken out of context, who knows? But so far, the infrequent feature of Steph Curry and the now frequent feature of Steph Curry have caught the ire of the social media folks.
In the comment, @tkowens7 took notice, saying that
“She’s never post him so much! [rolling eyes] Where’s her PR person to tell her to take a break from social media and stop talking!! [facepalm]”.
Highlighting a sudden change in behavior now that the issue is getting a little bit too hot and viral.
Another NBA fan, @riquesuave1, also found this as some sort of damage control, saying
“Don’t start the cappin now” as things look to be a show of force that they are still going strong.
Then there’s this hilarious take from @justiceericks talking about how the crowd is starting a separation campaign. He said that
“Y’all about to cause a divorce in the comment sections.”
In what could be a PR disaster, or a PR masterpiece depending on how the couple could tread through this issue, there is still plenty of questions to throw about. Whether the show of force is nothing but just a show, or if there really is nothing to read between the lines. But the NBA fans have sharp eyes and loud voices, so perhaps the way this saga ends is up to them.
Ayesha Curry’s Old Interview Sparks New Reactions From NBA Fans Over Family And Career Choices
All of the noise and the commotion between the NBA fans stemmed from an old interview of Ayesha Curry that kind of found its way back into the spotlight.

In a resurfaced Parents Magazine feature, Ayesha openly said,
“No. I didn’t want kids. I didn’t want to get married. I thought I was going to be a ‘career girl’, and that’s it.” It was a candid look into her younger mindset before life with Steph Curry began. But as with most things on the internet, context got lost once the quote started spreading again.

NBA fans quickly tied the old remark to her recent social media posts, interpreting it as part of the supposed tension between her and Steph Curry. Some saw it as an honest reflection, while others viewed it as another sign of something deeper going on behind the posts.
Whether it really is the case or not, the NBA fans have mostly passed judgment. And it’ll take a while, and a lot of patience and effort, to debunk this or prove it wrong.
