Paige Bueckers, former NCAAB legend and current WNBA rookie, has been in the news recently ever since she started a podcast with her girlfriend, Azzi Fudd. Bueckers and Fudd recently released the sixth episode of their ‘Close Friends Only’ podcast, where the two love-birds talk about their personal relationship and of course, basketball.
In the sixth episode of their podcast, Bueckers and Fudd took a walk down memory lane, where they reminisced about different moments in the early parts of their relationship. Bueckers only recently revealed that she and Fudd have been dating for quite some time, and it is clear that fans are dying to know more details about their romance.
According to the latest episode, Fudd revealed that she really connected with Bueckers during their time with USA Youth Basketball. However, it looks like Fudd did not remember much about her off-court interactions with Bueckers, which sort of disappointed the Dallas Wings guard.
“We just, we had this on-court chemistry, and you don’t remember me off the court, which is like?” Paige Bueckers said to Azzi Fudd in their ‘Close Friends Only’ podcast.

While Azzi Fudd has chosen to play one more year of college basketball, Paige Bueckers has managed to make a decent impression in her rookie year with the WNBA. Bueckers was the first overall pick of this year’s draft and immediately went to the Dallas Wings.
Paige Bueckers Reveals Her Favorite NBA Player
Of course, one of the most important topics that Paige Bueckers and Azzi Fudd discussed on their podcast was who their favorite players were. When Bueckers was asked who her favorite NBA player was, she immediately answered with Steph Curry’s name.
“I love the way he plays. Watch him shoot…This quick release. The way he moves the ball, I think, is incredible. Yeah, that’s me. I want to add to my game…” Azzi Fudd responded.
“Oh yeah, that’s a good one to add to your bad. Yeah, him and Kyrie (Irving) are my favorites. Just like must watch TV every single time they play…” Paige Bueckers chimed in after Fudd.
Azzi Fudd was also asked by Bueckers as to who her favorite WNBA player is and the UConn Huskies guard adorably answered with her girlfriend’s name. She also went on to add Napheesa Collier’s name to the list as her second favorite WNBA player.
