Paige Bueckers, Dallas Wings guard, is taking some well-deserved time off after finishing her rookie season with the team. The Wings did not make it to the playoffs and Bueckers has taken the premature ending of her debut in stride. The highly talented rookie recently shared a number of pictures from her tropical getaway, where she can be seen posing in different outfits in various locations.

The Dallas Wings last played against the Phoenix Mercury, where they won the game with a fabulous 97-76. However, the win came a little too late as the Wings were already shown the door out of the tournament. The Phoenix Mercury will soon be taking on the Las Vegas Aces for the finals of this WNBA season. Meanwhile, Bueckers’ Instagram post got reactions from numerous other WNBA stars, including Angel Reese.
“Tropical tonesss” Dallas Wings star Paige Bueckers, wrote in her Instagram post, sharing a number of pictures of herself relaxing on her vacation.
“Zaddy (surprised face emoji, dashing emoji, fire emoji” Connecticut Sun’s Aaliyah Edwards comments on Bueckers’ post.
“tan mamiiiii (heart eyes emoji)” Chicago Sky’s Angel Reese commented on Bueckers’ pictures.
“Cutie patootieeee” Minnesota Lynx’s DiJonai Carrington added her comment as well.

Paige Bueckers had a phenomenal rookie after being bagged by the Dallas Wings in the very first round of the draft. With her incredible numbers, Bueckers easily won the WNBA Rookie of the Year award, while also making it to the WNBA All-Rookie Team.
Paige Bueckers Named In 2025 TIME100 Next
Paige Bueckers has already received an array of accolades even before the year has come to an end. A couple of days back, it was announced that Bueckers has made it to the 2025 TIME100 Next list. The list encapsulates the ‘World’s Most Influential Rising Stars’ and includes a write-up by WNBA legend Diana Taurasi. Other rising stars who made the list along with Paige Bueckers include singer Teyana Taylor, actor Idris Elba’s son Damson Idris, and even pop-singer Tate McRae.

Bueckers has been phenomenal in pulling a major crowd to the WNBA this season, just like Caitlin Clark, Angel Reese, Cameron Brink and many others managed to do in their rookie seasons. The WNBA is already gaining plenty of viewership, with players calling for higher salaries for this main reason alone. Recent comments by senior players like Napheesa Collier have drawn the ire of the league with the WNBA itself receiving plenty of backlash for this.
