The Philadelphia 76ers have strung up three straight wins, with the latest one coming from East contenders New York Knicks. The team had so much fun in that win with Joel Embiid getting his first dunk, getting more confidence to troll people again, and was seen dancing after made plays. Paul George sees this as a good sign.

Sixers started the season with tempered expectations due to the injuries to Embiid and George. Tyrese Maxey, with the help from rookie VJ Edgecombe, held the forth for them and they are currently above .500 with a 19-14 record in the East.
The gang is almost complete as the Big 3 has played together most of the last 10. PG thinks they are now starting to have fun compared to the earlier part of the season.
“I think the biggest difference is we just feel better as a unit,” George said after their dominant win over the Knicks.
“We trust in the process of this team. And I think just a year under your belt, you just naturally gain camaraderie, and I think it’s carrying over. I think it’s safe to say everybody in this locker room, we’re starting to enjoy the game. We’re starting to enjoy being out on that floor, playing on both ends. And I think we’re just jelling.”

PG had an all-around performance in the win, putting 15 points, 8 rebounds, 6, assists, and 2 blocks,
Nick Nurse has toned own opinion from Paul George
PG’s quote should make feel fans more hopeful. The Big 3 are healthy and they will finally get the chance to give back what was expected from at the start of the 2024-25 season.
Head coach Nick Nurse is not trying to get ahead of themselves. He said they still have work to do to fully realize their potential.
“We got a long way to go,” Nurse said.

“I told you at the start of the season, we were in a big hole we had to dig out of, and we’re still digging. There’s a lot of conditioning, rhythm, health can get a little bit better, and we just keep building on that.”
Things could get a little testy for Philly in the next two weeks. Next five on their schedule are Denver Nuggets without Nikola Jokic, Washington Wizards, Orlando Magic, and Toronto Raptors twice.
