The Philadelphia 76ers were supposed to become one of the most dangerous teams in the Eastern Conference. A team that features Joel Embiid, Tyrese Maxey, and Paul George would be hard to contain in the Eastern Conference.
However, the Sixers’ start to the season has been anything but easy. The team is struggling to establish the flow of their offense, losing all but one of their first seven games this season. Such a horrible start to the regular seaason wasn’t what PG expected to see when he moved to Philly from the LA Clippers.

There is still time for the team to turn things around. Embiid is still one of the best big men in the association. Nick Nurse has the championship experience under his belt and should be able to make the right adjustments.
Things will be a little difficult with Maxey currently nursing an injury, though.
Tyrese Maxey expected to miss multiple weeks of Philadelphia 76ers games due to a right hamstring injury

ESPN’s Shams Charania broke the news Sixers fans didn’t want to hear:
Philadelphia 76ers All-Star Tyrese Maxey is expected to miss a couple of weeks because of a right hamstring injury, sources told ESPN on Thursday.
A full evaluation is coming later Thursday, but the team is bracing for Maxey’s absence.
Maxey has typically wanted to play through every injury over the course of his career — particularly now as the team deals with ailments to All-Stars Joel Embiid and Paul George — but the Sixers will take a cautious approach to his new soft tissue injury.
If the Sixers do decide to allow Maxey to fully heal from his hamstring injury, he will leave a major hole in Philly’s offense. The former Kentucky Wildcat is averaging 27.6 points, 3.0 rebounds, and 3.9 assists while shooting 41% on the floor and 29% from deep.
It will be tough for the Sixers to not have Maxey on the floor, and the team must pick up the slack so their situation doesn’t deteriorate any further.
