Sophie Cunningham Tried Hot Yoga and Gives Her Honest Take About It
Sophie Cunningham said she felt foolish after trying hot yoga for the first time, inspired by coach Lane Kiffin, in a short social media clip that showed her flushed and catching her breath.

The 29-year-old free agent acknowledged she didn’t know the flow and laughed that she “looked like an idiot,” but added she planned to keep at it and become more comfortable with the practice.
“In case you’re wondering, which I know you’re not, but I’m just gonna throw it out there, why I look like I just got out of a swimming pool, I just did hot yoga for the first time. Oh, my gosh,” she said. “I’ve never done that before, and I looked like an idiot ’cause I don’t know the flow yet.”
