Currently focusing on golf after completing her spectacular rookie campaign in the WNBA, Indiana Fever star Caitlin Clark talked about who she wants to have in her “dream golf foursome.”

The 22-year-old guard participated in her second pro-am on Thursday after joining the Annika driven by Gainbridge last week. The official PGA Tour X account shared a video of spending her day at the 2024 RSM Classic.

In the video, a producer asked Caitlin Clark who she would want on her dream team. She mentioned the current No. 1 player in the world, Nelly Korda, whom she teamed up with last week, and four-time NBA champion Steph Curry, who is himself an avid golfer.

“Oh gosh! I’ve been lucky enough to play with a lot of people I’d probably put there. Nelly [Korda] was probably up there. I’d probably put, like, Steph Curry in there,” Clark said. “Honestly, anybody. Any professional golfers so I can get free lessons. You’ve got to take advantage of what you can.”

A number of people followed Clark whenever she went. She also came to meet fans when she had free time. She met pro golfer Zach Johnson’s wife Kim and two of their kids who wore her T-shirt and jersey. Kim talked about her son bringing his girlfriend to the event for her birthday, to which the Fever star quipped, “Boyfriend of the year.”

Caitlin Clark took the Fever to the playoffs for the first time since 2016, winning the Rookie of the Year award in the process. After being eliminated early in the first round, Clark is now spending her time practicing her golf swings.

Caitlin Clark could actually face Stephen Curry in a tournament

Caitlin Clark named Steph Curry as one of the people she wanted in her dream foursome in golf. She might have a chance to play with him at a special event; however, it might not be on a golf course and as teammates, if NBA insider Shams Charania is right.

On Thursday’s episode of “The Pat McAfee Show,” Charania said that Curry and Sabrina Ionescu are looking for teammates in the next iteration of their three-point challenge in the next year’s NBA All-Star Weekend. Caitlin Clark has been named as one of the potential candidates to team up with Ionescu, while Curry would probably reunite with his “Splash Brother” Klay Thompson when it takes place at Chase Center, where the two won their 2022 NBA championship with the Golden State Warriors.
