Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry is expected to be a first-ballot Hall of Fame player by the time he decides to retire. Curry revolutionized the game of basketball and has won at the highest level. In view of the upcoming induction into the Hall of Fame, retired NBA star Vince Carter posed an important question to the two-time MVP: Who will be there with him when he’s immortalized?
Throughout their basketball careers, athletes have typically been influenced by other players or coaches. Curry admitted that he hasn’t thought about who could be with him on stage when his special day comes. However, he mentioned four influential players, including Carter, who could welcome him to the Hall of Fame.
“I actually haven’t [thought about it],” Curry said. “I mean, you, Steve Nash, Reggie Miller and Ray [Allen] are like the names that I think off top of my head.
“You’re my guys. It’s crazy to even say out loud.”

Stephen Curry’s resume is enough for him to be considered in the Hall of Fame. He’s won four NBA championships, a one-time Finals MVP, an 11-time All-Star and an 11-time All-NBA. That’s just in the NBA. In the world stage, Curry is a one-time Olympic gold medalist and a two-time FIBA World Cup gold medalist.
Stephen Curry reflects on making it to the top 20 in the all-time scoring list

Stephen Curry is on the verge of achieving a scoring milestone this season. The Warriors star could end the season in the top 20 of the all-time scoring list. Curry has 26,161 points and is No. 24 in the list and needs 462 points to secure the No. 20 spot.
In an interview with Carter, Curry reflected on what he could achieve this season.
“There are really no words for it, to be honest,” Steph said. “I’ll use ‘surreal,’ because these moments are surreal to me. The names that you’re passing now are icons—guys I looked up to, guys who defined basketball for me.”
“Every name you pass from here on out is an all-time great. So I’m blessed, man. This game has given a lot to me.”
Curry will surpass John Havlicek, Paul Pierce, Tim Duncan and George Gervin.
