Steve Kerr, Golden State Warriors coach, is certainly not happy with the direction that the team is going in after their latest defeat against the Toronto Raptors. The defeat is nothing new for the Warriors, who are struggling to move up the ladder this season. Currently, the team is ranked 12th in the Western Conference after winning 19 games and losing 20.
There are also many rumors surrounding the team that the team might need to trade their younger players in order to make the best use of Steph Curry and Draymond Green’s twilight years. Meanwhile, Curry also came forward to remark that the Golden State management is not doing enough in terms of trades this season.
“This is a tricky spot. Mike is incredibly sharp. We have a great organization. I have no doubt Mike will navigate it, and I’ll help any way I can. We’ve got to try to give Steph every chance he has to perform. That’s really important these last few years, whatever that means. But you don’t give away the future.” Steve Kerr told The Athletic.
Steve Kerr seems quite confident that general manager Mike Dunleavy Jr. will take the right calls when it comes to the team’s trades and decisions. However, this still does not shadow the fact that the Golden State Warriors need serious help right away if they are planning on improving their position in the season.

Steve Kerr Frustrated After Warriors Lose To Toronto Raptors
The recent defeat by the Toronto Raptors was definitely very painful for the Golden State Warriors, including Coach Steve Kerr who was visibly disappointed in the post-game press conference. In that game, Golden State’s offense was led by Steph Curry who chalked up 26 points on the scoreboard, grabbing seven rebounds and assisting seven times. Meanwhile, Andrew Wiggins put up 20 points in that game, with three boards and single helper.

After the game, Kerr remarked to reporters that it is definitely his fault that the team lost the game, and that he is not doing a great job at coaching his players. He also added that the team is ‘not executing’ and as a result are making a ton of silly mistakes on the court.

The Warriors have lost two games in a row as of now, and will try to break this in their next meet up against the Timberwolves. In their previous matchup against Minnesota, the Warriors managed to win, 113-103.
