Travis Kelce, tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs, recently expressed his opinion about having US President Donald Trump attending the upcoming Super Bowl between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles. As per Kelce, he is definitely excited and ‘honored’ to have the president of the “best country in the world” watch him play.

US President Donald Trump will not only be attending the game, but will also be giving an interview with Fox News about what his first 100 days in office will look like, and what future plans he has for the country.

“That’s awesome. It’s a great honor, I think, you know, no matter who the president is. I know I’m excited because it’s the biggest game of my life and having the president there, it’s the best country in the world, and that’s pretty cool.” Travis Kelce said to reporters.

Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs are going to their third Super Bowl after beating the Buffalo Bills in the AFC Championship game, 32-29. Kelce, along with quarterback Patrick Mahomes played an integral part in Kansas City’s success in the last few seasons. In the 2024 NFL season, Kelce managed to grab 97 receptions for 823 yards, scoring three touchdowns for the team.

Travis Kelce Does Not Listen To Kanye’s Music To Support Taylor Swift

In other news, Travis Kelce mentioned to the media that he does not listen to Kanye West’s music. Kelce was asked this interesting question, mainly because of a long-running feud between Taylor Swift and rapper Kanye West, who now goes by Ye. In response, Kelce gave a resounding, “No!” with no further explanation.

The feud sparked off when Kanye West grabbed the mic from Taylor Swift’s hands while she was on stage accepting her award for the ‘Best Female Video’ category. West went on a tirade and exclaimed that Beyonce had the better video. The two have engaged in a cold feud since then, with Ye even dissing Swift in his music.

Most recently, Ye tried to take a picture with Taylor Swift during the 2025 Grammys, but her security team immediately put a stop to it. This goes to show that Swift has not forgotten the past and has not gotten over it.

Given her dislike for Ye, it only makes sense that Travis Kelce would also not listen to Kanye West’s music just to show his loyalty to her. Swift is expected to attend the Super Bowl along with the rest of Kelce’s family members.
