Kyshawn George had his best game in his young NBA career during the Washington Wizards’ 117-107 road win over the Dallas Mavericks. The second-year pro had 34 points, 11 rebounds, four assists, two steals, three blocks, and seven three-pointers on 11-for-15 shooting in 35 minutes of action.

Not many people saw this coming, except for Washington Wizards teammate Alex Sarr, who has witnessed the tremendous work George has put in this summer.

“I saw it all offseason and when he played with Canada. He’s using his body well, he’s playing with pace, which he was already doing last year, but now it’s even better. I’m very excited to see the year he’s gonna have.” Sarr said about George via ClutchPoints’ Joshua Valdez.

Before this, George had 21 points in their opening day loss against the Milwaukee Bucks. According to Chase Hughes of the Monumental Sports Network, the former 24th overall pick is the youngest player in Washington Wizards history to start a season with consecutive 20-point games.

“Ordering that 18 jersey this week!!”
