“I don’t care! – those are Giannis Antetokounmpo’s first words when confronted right away by Nikola Vucevic for dunking the ball in the last three seconds, a windmill at that, when the Milwaukee Bucks already got the W locked to themselves.
It was an unspoken rule that players or the winning side should just run out the clock. This is why the Chicago Bulls players got their feelings hurt.

Was Giannis just caught in the moment since his team has been struggling heavily and he was out for a long time? Was he just excited to finally get hoops action again? He is not.
What he is is desperate.
Talking to reporters post-game about the tensed moment, he just doubled down on what he told Vucevic. He does not care about their feelings. He is more about getting his teammates pumped up each game because of where they are right now.
“We’re 11th in the East. 11th or 12th? Got to keep finding an identity. If that’s to get a little bit scrappy at the end, so be it. We’re not the champs,” he said according to ESPN’s Jamal Collier.
“Why should we play the clock out, have respect and fair play? We’re fighting for our lives right now.”

He just don’t care right now as he even posted a picture of that dunk on his X account.

Giannis Antetokounmpo’s IDC on hurt feelings
Bulls should stop acting like it is about them as Giannis clarified that they are in desperate mode right now and him going for a windmill when they already won is just a manifestation.
“I’ve been 13 years in the league. If we keep on losing, probably half of the team not going to be here. We’re not going to make the playoffs,” he continued.
“And if [a windmill dunk] is what has to happen for everybody to wake up and understand we’re fighting for our lives, so be it.”

Giannis is yet to miss 2017 and has been part of the All NBA First Team since 2019. It’s a tall task for them to climb up in the standings as they are currently 11th in the East and 1.5 games behind no. 10 Atlanta Hawks.
