WNBA fans are reacting to Angel Reese and Paige Bueckers showing up to the recent Knicks vs. Magic game. A viral picture has been going around, showing the two W stars posing with the new Reese’s Oreo Cup, as part of the new marketing strategy involving these two incredible athletes.

Both of them are in matching blue and orange outfits, reflecting the colors of the candy wrapper. While Bueckers showed up in a simple hoodie, Reese went all stylish as usual with a trench coat with a fur lapel. As usual, there were many fans who trolled Reese for dressing up all glam, while sitting next to Bueckers, who did not even wear a dab of lipstick.

“What (five emoji + (five emoji) @paige bueckers1 @Reese10Angel” New York Knicks official tweeted with a picture of the two stars.

“One looks like a basketball player. The other still trying desperately to be a super model (rolling on the floor laughing emoji)” one fan mocked Angel Reese.

“What’s a really good player + a brick laying Barbie??” another fan trolled Reese for her numbers this last season.

“Look a phenomenal basketball player and a fashion model who cosplays as a basketball player occasionally.” One more fan echoed.

“2 best players in their high school class and 2 national champs at the next level in college (smiling face with closed eyes emoji)” one fan said.

“Angel why you wearing orange and blue if ur there to support the magic and Wendell” another fan asked.

This question posed by the fan was definitely ringing in the heads of many fans. However, it was only revealed later on that Reese and Bueckers wore the blue and orange combination as part of the candy’s marketing strategy. This is not Reese’s first time collaborating with the brand, since she promoted their breakfast cereal with her own ‘Angel Reese’s Pieces’ last year, which was a grand success.
