WNBA fans are reacting to Sophie Cunningham’s tweet about possibly running for governor sometime in the future. Cunningham shared a picture of herself seated at Lieutenant Governor David Wasinger’s table with her feet up on it.
The W free agent admitted that she wanted to become the Mayor of Columbia originally, but changed her mind to try for a Governor position. And fans have been dropping some hilarious reactions to her tweet in the responses.

Meanwhile, many WNBA fans stated that they’re actually ready to vote for Sophie Cunningham if she ever decides to run for a political office. While Cunningham hasn’t officially announced her political intentions yet, it looks like she can count on a large percentage of votes nevertheless.

Sophie Cunningham seems to be making good use of her offseason, while also getting ready for the upcoming campaign. Cunningham is currently a free agent and her future team in the W is still a big question. However, she seems to have her hands full right now, spending time with her family, conducting basketball camps and whatnot.
