WNBA fans are calling out Cameron Brink for fouling way too hard in the first game of the second season of the Unrivaled League. Brink was signed by the league in the previous season but did not play as she was recovering from her ACL tear.
She managed to make her debut on Monday with the Breeze BC, along with Paige Bueckers. While Bueckers was stunning on the court and essentially led the team to a win, the same cannot be said about Cameron Brink, and fans are taking note of this.
“Cameron Brink is always gonna be disappointing until she can play defense without fouling. She picked up three fouls in three minutes.” Quinthox tweeted.

“Jaren Jackson of the W with a worse offensive bag (crying emoji)” one fan compared.
“I’m still waiting to see how anybody drafted above Angel is better? Cam and Edwards especially. Cause those the two players that throw out the most,” one fan stated.
“I was sitting here and watching and I thought it was something that I missed that was like her she’s on her third foul already?” one more fan added.

WNBA Fans Continue To Call out Cameron Brink After Foul Issues
WNBA fans are not letting Cameron Brink forget this, having taken notes of her performance not only in this season of the Unrivaled, but also her previous games in the W. Brink has actually been off the court for quite some time, dealing with her injury recovery, and some fans feel that this absence has messed with her performance.
“Developmental issue plus she’s still getting her sea-legs after her injury. She’s got mad potential, but she definitely looks out of her element right now,” one fan pointed out.
“Just say it, she’s ahh and overrated,” one fan noted.
“She needs to put on some muscle. A lot of her fouls come when getting out muscled.” Another fan advised.
Cameron Brink might not have proven herself much in the W, but fans are hoping to see some of her impressive action in this season of the league. In the previous season, Brink and the Unrivaled faced some hard questions from fans for choosing to sign with a player who is injured and will not be participating in the season. For the second season, Brink changed teams and has been signed with the Breeze BC.
