    Caitlin Clark’s impact continues to transcend women’s basketball, drawing praise even from NBA stars. However, WNBA fans offered mixed opinions on what Victor Wembanyama said about the generational talent.

    A resurfaced clip from October 2024 showed Victor Wembanyama calling Clark the most impressive college player he had ever seen — men’s or women’s.

    “Caitlin Clark. When she was in college, she was the only college player that I was really in awe of the game, you know. I’m saying men’s and women’s college basketball, she’s probably the most impressive I’ve seen,” Wembanyama said.

    Two years later, the comments are stirring debate again among WNBA fans.

    @Taurus9055 knew a specific group wouldn’t like it, saying, “The lesbian tribe will say his opinion doesn’t matter.”

    @Cmoney3315 added, “Oooh this’ll piss some people off.”

    However, @CanandaLiv77658 raised quite a concerning point: “Love him and feel the same way. But Wemby saying this might make other wnba players mad again about Caitlin Clark I think?”

    While opinions remain divided, Clark’s image has undeniably brought more attention to the WNBA over the past two seasons.

    “NH x CC Collab Wasn’t Something I Knew I Wanted”: WNBA Fans Celebrate Caitlin Clark’s Podcast Return

    WNBA fans ended 2025 on a high note as Caitlin Clark returned to the New Heights Podcast hosted by Travis and Jason Kelce.

    As part of their year-ender, the Kelce brothers had Clark as their guest, and plenty of WNBA fans were buzzing.

    @diptimahapatra said, “NH x CC collab wasn’t something I knew I wanted but it’s been a vibe.”

    @SaliSasi312851 added, “Gosh I’ve never been more excited for a comeback both on and off the court! Well played boys!!!”

    And @ATaylor1989x predicted, “Don’t be shocked when Tayvis makes perhaps their first married public appearance at a Fever game.”

    Between Wembanyama’s praise and her growing media presence, Caitlin Clark continues to be the focal point of conversations among WNBA fans — proof that her influence stretches far beyond the court.
