WNBA fans went wild Sunday after spotting Caitlin Clark and Taylor Swift together at Arrowhead Stadium for the Kansas City Chiefs–Detroit Lions matchup.
Clark, a longtime Swiftie, has shown up at Chiefs games before — with or without Taylor — but this time, the two stars finally shared the spotlight. Swift, fresh off the release of her new album The Life of a Showgirl, was there cheering on her fiancé, Travis Kelce, while Clark looked like she was just soaking in the moment.

Online, fans couldn’t help but imagine what might’ve been if Clark had finished the season healthy. Some believe Swift would’ve been front-row at a Fever playoff game had the rookie phenom not been sidelined by injuries.
“No one can tell me that if it weren’t for cc injury taylor swift wouldve been courtside at a fever game,” one fan posted.

“Yup she’s definitely going to be at the wedding,” while a third added, “CC there for the sourdough bread recipe…lol.”

Clark’s rookie season didn’t go as planned, with multiple injuries keeping her out of action for much of the year. Even so, the Indiana Fever managed to make a deep playoff run, reaching the semifinals before falling to the Las Vegas Aces.

“Let’s keep her in Indy forever”: WNBA fans rally behind Caitlin Clark
Off the court, Caitlin Clark’s bond with Indiana fans only grew stronger. During her exit interview, she spoke about her love for the city and how the support from other local teams has meant the world to her.
“Whether it’s the Colts, whether it’s Pacers, whether it’s been our players, it’s just incredible,” Clark said. “I can’t imagine myself in a better place and just really fortunate to have made different friendships with different athletes across the city and just have the support from, not only the city, but the state as a whole.”

And one summed it up perfectly:
“If she’s not on the Fever I probably wouldn’t watch the league period.”
