Angel Reese has always been a source of trolls for many WNBA Fans, who not only criticize her performance on the court but also her OOTDs and off-the-court antics. This time, the Fans didn’t hesitate to throw shade on her after being spotted at a Chicago Bulls game on Saturday.

At X/Twitter, the Bulls’ official page shared a picture of Reese in an all-pink chic outfit, also flexing a pink bag. As a player of the Chicago Sky, the WNBA counterpart, she has always been in attendance for their games, showing support for the team. While some users show love for her, others took time to make some brutal digs at the Bayou Barbie.

One user, @lucky_louie23, wrote, “How does she afford court side seats when she complains she doesn’t make any money in the wnba?” bringing up Reese’s controversial statement about how her WNBA earnings are far from enough to cover her rent and other necessities.

However, his post garnered heated responses from some WNBA Fans, who pointed to his outdated bashing and lack of context on the issue.

One comment even wrote “yall are the dumbest most gullible people on this earth,” which was backed by the other comments of the post.

Nevertheless, many more WNBA Fans show their disapproval for Reese’s presence at the Bulls’ courtside.

“Naaaaaah. She is rooting for the enemy and wants out of the Chi Sky. No big love for her lol,” one user commented.

Meanwhile, one user went the other mile, remarking, “Who cares. She contributes literally nothing to society. Why promote that???”

“What the hell is she wearing?” one user wrote.

“Why don’t other WNBA players get the same attention she gets. She probably not even the finest,” one user commented.

Another side of WNBA Fans showed love to Angel Reese, defending her from criticisms

Despite the hate Angel Reese receives from arguably half of WNBA Fans, the other half refuses to give in to the trolls. In the same X/Twitter post by the official Chicago Bulls page, many Fans have also responded favorably.

As one user, @spookysweet13, wrote, “Pink is her color! She looks great!” showing love for her OOTD. Another user backed her up, commenting, “Can’t have the Chi-city Queen in the building and not win for her.”

Meanwhile, another user, @MLee_thelefty, responded to a comment by highlighting Reese’s contributions off the court, such as founding her own organization that focuses on providing more opportunities to fellow young girls, as well as building and renovating basketball courts in her hometown, Bayou Range.
