WNBA fans are showing love for Caitlin Clark after a basketball account shared stats of various players across the league. The stats which calculated turnovers against field goals by rookies showed Paige Bueckers topping the list, while Clark herself was at the bottom. Of course, Clark fans did not like this one bit and chose to call out the account.

“Games With More Turnovers Than Made Field Goals by a Rookie Averaging 19+ PPG: Paige Bueckers – 0, A’ja Wilson – 0, Cappie Pondexter – 0, Seimone Augustus – 0, Arike Ogunbowale – 1, Caitlin Clark – 11. Flawles! (sparkle emoji)” Trendyhoopstars tweeted.

“Trendy’s hate for Caitlin needs to be studied. Hahaha. Even on Christmas Day. SMH. And then they’re gonna use the excuse that this post is about Paige. But lowkey dissing CC at the same time, we’re not dumb. And quit trying to gaslight us & make it seem like we’re the ones in the wrong. Typical CC hater behavior.” one fan said.

“None of the list is a REAL PG other than CC… Your list is not valid… Compared all of the PG and who is the needle to drive more eyes to the league… NONE other than CC… more exciting passes and logo 3 bombs.” Another fan stated.

“Except for Caitlin, did any of the others set 61 records as a rookie… did any of them sell out NBA arenas? Are the advertisers interested in any of them? Don’t think so…..take a chill pill.” One more fan highlighted.

WNBA Fans Call Out Account For Mocking CC On Shoe Launch Day

Meanwhile, many WNBA fans poured out some hate on the account for choosing to post these bad stats of CC right on the day that her new Nike shoe dropped. While the stats were mainly about highlighting how Paige Bueckers is awesome, the drive-by against CC was certainly not liked.

“Nike comes out with a new Caitlin Clark ad and here comes triggered trendy taking shots. Expect a couple more while she copes.” One fan pointed out.

“not on the day she drops the ad shameful, it’s prob CC behind this page there is no bad publicity type thing (rolling on the floor laughing emoji)” one more fan echoed.

“Your first Xmas tweet in response to Clarks commercial dropping is all hate.” Another fan said.

Caitlin Clark has certainly amassed plenty of devout fans for herself ever since she stepped foot into the league. Nevertheless, fans are also taking notice of Paige Bueckers who has made a strong impression in her rookie year as well.
