If Caitlin Clark and Tyrese Haliburton were ever single at the same time, WNBA fans might lose their minds.
Both Indiana stars are happily with their respective partners, but that hasn’t stopped social media from imagining a different storyline. A post from @K0T0H1KA featuring photos of Clark and Haliburton supporting each other asked, “Can a boy and a girl have a bromance?”
@nosone4 responded, “Caitlin and Tyrese say yes.”
From there, things escalated.
@TimR64314760 joked, “wow. thank you for the update. tyreese kicked jade to the curb and caitlin dropped connor. indianapolis new power couple.”

@CCFCAsia chimed in, “This is the pairing I wanna see in any 3-point contest.”
And @Dodororobo quipped, “That’s not a bromance, that’s a sismance.”
The buzz stems from how publicly supportive the two have been. Clark attended Pacers playoff games last season, while Haliburton returned the favor by showing up to Fever games, even while injured. For WNBA fans, that mutual respect has turned into playful speculation.
“A crossover never thought I would see”: WNBA fans erupt as Caitlin Clark receives a special gift from FC Barcelona Femini superstar
Clark’s reach extends well beyond Indiana. Recently, FC Barcelona Femení star Alexia Putellas sent her a pair of Nike Alexia Putellas Phantom 6 Low boots — a nod from one superstar to another.

Clark shared the gift with a simple caption: “I’m coming out of retirement.”
That was enough to send WNBA fans into another frenzy.
@Keira4Walsh wrote, “A crossover never thought I would see.”
@YourChargiee added, “Worlds are colliding.”
@jasminelep took it further: “If CBA falls through, Clark will be there to elevate yet another female sport LET’S GOOOO.”
Long before her college and pro basketball stardom, Clark was a standout soccer player at Dowling Catholic, scoring 26 goals in six games as a freshman and earning first-team all-state honors.
Between Haliburton rumors and global soccer stars showing love, WNBA fans continue to see Clark at the center of every crossover moment.
