Sophie Cunningham hasn’t played a game in months, but WNBA fans still found a reason to talk about her.
A photo from Cunningham’s rehab recently resurfaced online, showing her wearing a bikini while still rocking a knee brace. The image spread quickly, pulling in reactions from every corner of WNBA Twitter.
Cunningham’s 2025 season ended back in August after she suffered an MCL tear against the Connecticut Sun. Surgery followed, then rehab. While she’s still working her way back, the photo shifted attention away from basketball almost immediately.
