Angel Reese thought she had cooked with her courtside fit, but some WNBA fans weren’t exactly impressed.
During Saturday night’s NBA showdown between the Orlando Magic and Denver Nuggets, Reese was spotted sitting courtside rocking a “vintage” SS2000 Prada Sport look as she watched her boyfriend, Wendell Carter Jr., help Orlando pull out a dramatic 127–126 win.
While plenty of fans praised the Chicago Sky star for her confidence and style, others online aimed the outfit — and didn’t hold back.

@MetsxJets joked, “Why do you have bigger feet than Shaq.”

@47People added, “Do you hit your head on door posts and shit?”
And @AcmSteph went even further, posting, “I like an Ebay look even better.”
Despite the online roasting, Reese may have still brought some good vibes to the building. Carter Jr. finished with 18 points, seven rebounds, and four assists in the one-point win, while Anthony Black exploded for a game-high 38 points to lead the Magic past Denver.
“Always bet on Angel”: WNBA fans raving over Steph Curry’s stamp of approval for Angel Reese’s signature shoe
While some WNBA fans were busy clowning Reese’s courtside appearance, Steph Curry was doing the opposite — giving her signature shoe a massive co-sign.

Curry, who sat out Golden State’s 131–94 loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder on Friday, was spotted in street clothes wearing Angel Reese’s signature sneaker, the AR1 “Receipts Ready.” The moment quickly caught fire online.
@Tumbleweed84110 reacted, “Always bet on Angel, it pays dividends!”
@Heaterpicks1 pointed to her growing influence, saying, “No wnba player got motion like this . Regardless of your feelings.”
And @CouchCoach0525 focused on the design itself: “How could not Curry wear Angel Reese 1s. Those sneaks are quality and chic.”
Reese’s signature shoe line with Reebok officially launched in September 2025 and sold out almost immediately upon release, reinforcing her status as one of the league’s most marketable stars — whether fans love her fit or love to hate it.

Either way, Angel Reese stays winning, on and off the court.
