WNBA All-Star guard Caitlin Clark  shared her admiration for several Kansas City Chiefs players during a recent interview. She enthusiastically named her favorites, showcasing her passion for both basketball and football.

During her recent appearance on the “New Heights” podcast, Clark revealed her admiration for Kansas City Chiefs players, particularly Travis Kelce. Clark, who grew up in Des Moines, Iowa, shared that her family made it a tradition to attend at least one Chiefs game each year. This connection to the team fostered a deep-rooted loyalty that predated the current star-studded roster featuring Kelce and quarterback Patrick Mahomes.

When asked about her favorite player, Clark didn’t hesitate to name Kelce, much to his delight. The exuberance in Kelce’s reaction underscored the camaraderie between athletes from different sports. Clark fondly recalled attending a chilly Christmas Eve game where she witnessed Kelce’s impressive skills on the field, solidifying her admiration for him as a player.

Clark also expressed her appreciation for Mahomes, acknowledging him as another favorite. She emphasized that the dynamic duo of Kelce and Mahomes brought excitement not just to Chiefs games but to the entire NFL. During the podcast, she complimented their ability to perform under pressure, highlighting the “clutch factor” that fans love to see in their athletes.
