Los Angeles Sparks star Cameron Brink shared her excitement about planning her wedding at the Stanford University campus, where she first met her fiancé, Ben Felter. The WNBA forward reflected on their love story, which began during their college years, making the location even more special as they prepared to tie the knot.

Brink announced her plans for a wedding venue that held deep personal significance. After getting engaged to her college sweetheart, Ben Felter, in front of the iconic Eiffel Tower in September 2024, Brink expressed her desire to tie the knot at Stanford University, where their love story began. Reflecting on their journey, she revealed that they met during their freshman year at Stanford, making the university the perfect backdrop for their special day.

Brink envisioned the ceremony taking place at Memorial Church, affectionately known as “MemChu” on campus. This location was more than just a beautiful setting; it represented the foundation of their relationship and the shared memories they created while studying and competing as student-athletes. The couple’s connection to Stanford ran deep, as both had excelled in their respective sports, with Brink shining on the basketball court and Felter making his mark in rowing.

While planning the details of their wedding, Brink acknowledged the complexity of organizing such an event. She admitted that she would enlist the help of a wedding planner, emphasizing how overwhelming the process could be without professional assistance. Despite the challenges, she expressed excitement about making the day fun and memorable for both of them.

Just recently, the emerging star revealed where she plans on getting married. This can be seen in an article written by Skyler Caruso for People.

Brink foresees the wedding ceremony happening at “MemChu,” the Memorial Church on campus. “So, where we met,” she said. “That’s probably as far as we’ve gotten with planning. But yeah, definitely going to be using a wedding planner because it’s a lot.” The Sparks star admitted, “I don’t know how people plan weddings without one.”

Amid her wedding plans, Brink focused on her recovery from an ACL injury that had sidelined her during the previous season. She remained optimistic about her future in basketball and looked forward to contributing to the sport in other ways while she healed. As she prepared for her upcoming commitments, Brink mentioned that she and Felter often celebrated their birthdays together, which were just days apart.

With her wedding plans and recovery ahead, Brink felt grateful for the support of her fiancé, who was pursuing his master’s degree at Stanford. The couple’s shared journey and love for each other continued to flourish, making their future together even more promising.
