Ayesha Curry found herself in the center of a wild online claim as one rapper dropped a claim in one livestream that alleged that Steph Curry’s wife had a sexual affair with him.

In a recent livestream, rapper 6ix9ine claimed to have had a sexual encounter with Ayesha Curry, the wife of NBA superstar Stephen Curry. During the stream, Adi Ross and N3on asked 6ix9ine to name the most famous person he had slept with and, after hesitating a bit, he name-dropped the NBA star’s wife’s name.

Rapper 6ix9ine has a long history of using shock and controversy to stay relevant. He tends to utilize shocking and contradictory remarks purely for the purpose of achieving social media engagement, and to sort of keep his name in the conversation.

Over at X, fans reacted to the wild claim, with some people taking the side of the rapper despite the unsupported statement.

“I knew it wouldn’t be long before someone brought her name into something,” one fan said. “The way she has been begging for attention, whether it’s true or not.”

“With the way she moving wouldn’t be surprised,” another fan added.

However, a lot of fans were not convinced with the claim that the rapper dropped.

“Bro asked ‘biggest name you ever smashed’ and 6ix9ine started speed-running fan fiction Adin and N3on looked like they accidentally tuned into an audiobook of lies,” one fan said.

Another fan, on the other hand, is convinced on the rapper’s “reputation,” and believes his claim to be true.

“6/9 is yet to be caught in a lie,” they said with a laughing emoji. “He on a generational run. Ayesha better stfu and not try to clap back for clout. He’s petty enough to run the receipts on social media.”

So far, neither Ayesha Curry nor Steph has acknowledged the claim by the rapper.

Ayesha Curry Makes New Career Announcement

Ayesha Curry’s lifestyle brand Sweet July Skin is staging a San Francisco pop-up to celebrate the launch of a limited-edition Rum Cake Lip Treatment, with the event scheduled at b.patisserie and giveaways for early attendees.

The product, inspired by Jamaican rum cake, is part of a broader Sweet July line that draws on Curry’s Jamaican roots and features ingredients such as guava, papaya, soursop and neem.

Ayesha Curry promoted the activation on Instagram, saying she’s excited for the pop-up and highlighting a collaboration with chef Belinda Leong; organizers said a portion of proceeds from the Rum Cake Treatment will support Hurricane Melissa relief and community programs in Jamaica.
