Jayson Tatum may not be available right now for the Boston Celtics but he will be there in the NBA in the years to come. He will make sure of that because there is one thing he wants to achieve, something on Lebron James has done.

The Los Angeles Lakers star so far is the only player in the history of the NBA to have the chance to play in the same season with his son. His first born Bronny is currently playing with him in the Lakers after getting picked 55th overall in last year’s draft.
Tatum became a young father, too, with his son Deuce a regular sighting in his games. With the rate it’s going, the Celtics star believes he and Deuce might see each other in the NBA court someday.
“He turned 8, I’m 27, it’s like damn can I play 10 more years? I can easily do that. So if it works out it would be cool,” Tatum during an interview with Morris twins in their podcast.

Jayson Tatum return update
Deuce might be able to play in the NBA if he has the commitment to get there. Tatum’s job now is to prolong his stay in the league. He needs be in tip top shape all the time.
He’s doing everything he can right now to return for his team. In the latest update provided by head coach Joe Mazzulla, all points lead to the belief that he might return before or after the All-Star break.

“He’s doing a heck of a job,” Mazzulla said during an appearance at the “Zolak and Bertrand” show.
“I think just kind of coming to work every day. His job right now is to put himself in position to come back when he’s healthy.”
For now, he can rest as the Celtics are doing a great job in holding the forth without him. If they make the playoffs, he might still be able to play this season.
