Draymond Green’s wife, Hazel Renee, is definitely his biggest fan, and the ‘Empire’ actress recently commended him for achieving a personal milestone on Monday’s game against the Denver Nuggets. Green grabbed the 6,000th rebound in his career against the Nuggets, making it a special game for himself and the entire team.

Despite Green contributing much to the Warriors that night, the team still lost to the Denver Nuggets, 114-105. Jimmy Butler and Stephen Curry were lead scorers for Golden State on Monday, with Gary Payton II and Jonathan Kuminga putting up impressive numbers on the scoreboard.

“I really be in awe 😍with my ol’man…folks can say what they want but he really be doin the damn thing 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽💚,” Hazel Renee posted on Instagram about her husband, Draymond Green.

Since joining the Golden State Warriors in 2012, Draymond Green has been a massive force for the team on the court. Green has only played for the Warriors in his entire career and was selected as the 35th overall pick in the second round of the NBA draft. Before that, Green played college basketball for Michigan State from 2008 to 2012.

In his NBA career, Draymond Green has won the NBA championship a whopping four times, and made it to the All-Star squad four times. In the ongoing basketball season, Green is averaging 9.1 points in every game played, while grabbing 6.1 rebounds and assisting 5.7 times in each matchup.

Draymond Green And Warriors To Play Against Raptors Next

Meanwhile, Draymond Green and the rest of the Golden State Warriors are scheduled to play against the Toronto Raptors in their next game. The Warriors are ranked sixth in the Western Conference with 40 wins and 29 defeats so far in the season. Before this, Golden State played against the Milwaukee Bucks and won.

Against the Bucks, the Golden State Warriors put up a 104-93 final score, with Jimmy Butler leading the offense with 24 points, along with eight rebounds and ten helpers. Brandin Podziemski added another 17 points to the team’s total, with Buddy Hield contributing 15 more points with six boards.

After their game against the Toronto Raptors, the Golden State Warriors will be locking horns with the Atlanta Hawks. In their previous meeting with the Raptors earlier this year, the Warriors lost the game, 104-101. In that game, Steph Curry was the team’s highest scorer with 26 points on the scoreboard.
