The Golden State Warriors are off to a 4-1 start this season, as everyone on the team is contributing – from the All-Star trio of Jimmy Butler, Stephen Curry, and Draymond Green, to the young role players such as Quinten Post, Brandin Podziemski, and Jonathan Kuminga.

After their 98-79 win over the Los Angeles Clippers, Jimmy Butler sent a stern warning to the rest of the league, as he boasted about the Golden State Warriors’ depth this season.
“You know, me and (Gary Payton II) were just talking about that — how deep this team really is,” Butler told reporters via NBC Sports Bay Area. “And, you know, we don’t have certain guys back yet or in full motion of what they could and will be doing. It’s a good thing for us, and it’s a scary thing for everybody else.”

Second-year center Quinten Post stood out in last night’s game, as he had a game-high +34 with 12 points, eight rebounds, and four three-pointers in 25 minutes. On the other hand, Jonathan Kuminga is averaging 15.7 points, 7.3 rebounds, and 4.0 assists so far this season.

Jonathan Kuminga is off to a great start after signing a new deal with the Golden State Warriors this summer, so much so that Steve Kerr said he plans to start the 23-year-old as much as possible this season.

“Yes. He’ll start tonight and he will be our starter going forward. He’s been fantastic. Last night, put him on Ja. Tonight we will put him on James Harden. I think he’s ready,” Kerr said about Kuminga before the Los Angeles Clippers game via ESPN’s Anthony Slater.
“The way he’s rebounding, the way he’s attacking the rim, that’s what makes him special. When he’s playing to that talent, to that ability, it changes our team,” he added.
