The New York Knicks have arrested their three-game skid after taking care of business at home against the streaking Chicago Bulls. Head coach Mike Brown thinks they were able to get one against the Bulls on Sunday because he was able to fix what ailed them during their struggle last week.

The Knicks come to the new season studying a new system under Brown who replaced Tom Thibodeau who was known a short rotation and giving his starting unit almost 40 minutes a game. That’s one thing that Brown tried to change in the first five games but people think it backfired.
That’s what the coach realized before the game against the Bulls, which ended up with them winning it, 128-116, the guys were given significant minutes to find their rhythm.
“I didn’t help a ton last couple games, I was all over the map with substitutions, hard for guys to get rhythm,” he told reporters after the game.
“I have to do better job (thought I did tonight) trying to have rotation & stick with it still playing 9.5-10 guys…help them get comfortable.”

Four members of the starting unit played at least 32 minutes and all of them scored in double digits led by Jalen Brunson who had 31 points.
Mike Brown on Guerschon Yabusele’s minutes
Rotation has been an issue for the Knicks and Brown is still figuring it out. One problem he has is on the bench as their prized summer acquisition rarely see floor time.
Take Guerschon Yabusele for example. The French forward, who had a breakout season with the Philadelphia 76ers before moving to the Big Apple, played just five minutes in the last two games. He was averaging around 14 minutes before sitting out the Milwaukee Bucks loss.

Brown admits that he could do better on Yabusele’s minutes.
Mike Brown on Guerschon Yabusele playing 5 minutes total last 2 games: “It’s me. I could probably play 10 but it’s gonna be more 9.5 so somebody’s gonna have the 0.5…Give us whatever he can give us…Nothing he did…My call…Guersch has played well…Gotta keep himself ready…” pic.twitter.com/yK1Gy0EToY
