Liam McNeeley, UConn Huskies forward, dropped a juicy comment on Cooper Flagg’s most recent Instagram post. Cooper Flagg, guard for the Duke Blue Devils publicly announced his endorsement of the brand, New Balance, and posted a picture of himself wearing the shoes from the brand. McNeeley commented under the post, mentioning that he would like a pair.

Liam McNeeley joined the UConn Huskies last year in 2024 and is currently averaging about 15.3 points in each game, while grabbing 6.3 rebounds and assisting 2.5 times in every matchup played. McNeeley and Cooper Flagg also share some major history as they played for the Montverde Academy together.

“I need some Cooper Flag 1s.” Liam McNeeley commented on Cooper Flagg’s post.

Before playing for the Montverde Academy, Liam McNeeley played for Pearce in Texas, and John Paul II.
