Rapper and artist Megan Thee Stallion gave a glimpse of more intimate details about NBA star Klay Thompson and their fan-favorite relationship.
In a new post on her Instagram profile, Megan Thee Stallion shared how she has often served Klay Thompson home-cooked meals. Additionally, out of the recipes she had up her sleeves, the NBA star apparently had a simple favorite that stands as the most-requested dish.
“Out of everything I’ve cooked for him so far, he keeps asking for spaghetti and catfish 😂🍝,” Megan wrote on her post.

Earlier this summer, Megan Thee Stallion and Golden State Warriors sharp shooter Klay Thompson were in the headlines after they met through friends, went red carpet public for the rapper’s first Pete & Thomas Foundation Gala in New York City, during which Megan commented on their first meeting to the extent that it was “like a movie,” while letting slip that the particulars of their meeting were to be kept a secret.
Since then, the pair have delighted fans with candid glimpses of their life off the court and off the stage. On social media, Megan Thee Stallion has shared videos of their joint workouts, time together, and even impromptu golf practice.
Conviction in the Megan Thee Stallion Shooting Case Appealed
Megan Thee Stallion was back in the spotlight on Monday when lawyers for rapper Tory Lanez urged California’s Second District Court of Appeal to overturn his 2022 conviction for shooting her in the ankle.
At the hearing, Lanez’s lead attorney, Laura Cepero, told a panel of five judges that the prosecution’s DNA evidence was misleading and overstated, pointing out that forensic analysts used a generic control profile that statistically matched the mixture on the gun more closely than Daystar Peterson’s own sample.
In detailing their argument, another member of Lanez’s defense team, Jose A. Baez, emphasized that it would be “reckless and a complete fabrication” to maintain Peterson’s DNA was definitively on the weapon when tests could neither exclude nor include him as a contributor.
Prosecutors, however, contested this claim, with Deputy Attorney General Michael C. Keller highlighting text messages from Lanez. In these messages, Lanez offered an apology to Megan Thee Stallion for an event that “never should have happened,” attributing the incident to alcohol consumption and suggesting potential responsibility for the shooting.
Megan Thee Stallion has publicly rebuffed these legal maneuvers, taking to TikTok this spring to demand an end to efforts that “make me have to re-live being shot BY TORY,” and stressing that “facts are facts, he did it, it was PROVEN IN COURT.”
