NBA Fans online were left in a conversation after X/Twitter page @BrickCenter_ posted a video of Austin Reaves talking with Bronny James at the bench during a Lakers game. The problem? Bronny isn’t even looking at Reaves at all, as if he were thinking something. And Fans couldn’t help but land insights about this.

User @SnoopVonPoop didn’t hold back, claiming that Bronny was contemplating his future with the Lakers. They wrote, “He knows his daddy is leaving soon and realizes he wont be there long after that.”

After all, NBA Fans knew well that LeBron’s days with the team may be numbered, and so does Bronny, who Fans believe only joined LA due to his dad’s influence with them.

“Bro probably isn’t having fun. He realizing he could’ve been getting significant play time in college by now,” one user wrote.

“He’s talking to someone further down the bench,” one posted.

However, many NBA Fans refused to take the clip seriously and made jokes, as shown by user @ItsMichaelJ, who compared Reaves to Shaggy while Bronny to the famous meme of a kid looking awkward, capturing Bronny’s wandering eyes in the clip.

User @LetNicoCook even thought of what Reaves is telling to Bronny. The delivery was hilarious, writing, “Reaves: Look at how Luka move this is how you do when they double you- Bronny: N**** no one guarding me bruh.”

Meanwhile, user @Pearnivore believed Bronny was sad for the different reasons, posting, “I don’t blame him as a Faze member he’s probably frustrated with what’s happened to Faze [laughing emoji],” raising to how FaZe just recently removed their contents creators program, which Bronny was a part of.

While NBA Fans continue to argue over what could have made Bronny think hard at that moment, it’s now one of the most hilarious clips of him.

NBA Fans throw shade at Bronny’s status in league

While the majority of NBA Fans clearly finding Reaves’ conversation with James funny, some couldn’t help but still lob attacks at Bronny, which Fans believe is starting to realize that his status in the NBA is far from earned.

User @RLRottman was one of the skeptical NBA Fans, writing,

“Would you? He knows he is the worst player in the NBA. He knows the only reason he’s there is because of his dad.”

Would you? He knows he is the worst player in the NBA. He knows the only reason he’s there is because of his dad.

I would hate to be Bronny.

Indeed, Bronny being on the Lakers’ roster continues to disappoint NBA Fans, not just due to LeBron, but because he isn’t turning out to be a star like his dad was. Fans and the Lakers could just hope that Bronny will rise up soon.
