The San Antonio Spurs are set to face the Los Angeles Lakers on Wednesday, and this match will feature two of the league’s top young stars in Victor Wembanyama and Luka Doncic.

In an honest preview of the matchup, Wembanyama said he is eager to win tomorrow because he doesn’t recall ever beating Doncic in his young NBA career.
“Luka is one of the hardest players to scout, because he understands and masters the game more than almost anybody else. It’s always a great challenge. I don’t think I’ve ever won against him,” Wembanyama said of Doncic via Spurs Nation.

To Wemby’s point, he is 0-4 against Doncic. However, tomorrow marks only the first time that the San Antonio Spurs center will face Doncic in a Los Angeles Lakers uniform, as the two sides have played all their games before the February trade deadline.
