Kim Kardashian finally addressed the elephant in the room. The reality star broke her silence on the viral Luka Doncic situation that had everyone in the community losing their minds.
The SKIMS founder appeared on her sister Khloe’s podcast to clear the air. Entire internet went berserk months ago when screenshots showed Kardashian allegedly shooting her shot at the Los Angeles Lakers superstar. Thanks to her, it turns out the whole thing was a cap from jump.
Kim Kardashian Finally Addresses Cringey Fake Luka Doncic Comment
The fake post originated with NBACentel, a notorious parody account of original NBACentral that has fooled the NBA community countless times.

In that viral screenshot, Kim can be seen commenting, “I want to learn how to speak Slovenian,” on a Lakers post announcing Doncic’s arrival, and the alleged reply from Doncic was, “No, please don’t.”
NBA fans ate it up like prime LeBron highlights without clearly checking the real name of the X account, and it spread like wildfire across every social platform in the most unimaginable ways possible.
She finally set the record straight during her “Khloe in Wonderland” podcast appearance with Khloe. “There is a basketball player that I think got traded to the Lakers, Luka,” Kardashian said.

“There was like a fake tweet or comment on Instagram. I don’t know where it came from, but it was like, ‘Hi, you’re coming to LA. I want to learn Slovakian or whatever language,’” she added.
“And it looks like I’m hitting on this guy,” she said. Instead of playing around with the damage the fake post caused, the 45-year-old revealed the incident left such a bad taste that she hasn’t attended a single Lakers game since.
Fans quickly interpreted Kim’s asking to learn Slovenian as her attempt at hitting on the 26-year-old superstar. And the supposed rejection from Doncic made the whole situation even more embarrassing.
However, now it is crystal clear that their entire interaction was photoshopped. Kim expressed genuine surprise at how many people bought into the fake. “I haven’t gone to a Laker game since. Who comes up with these fake quotes? How do you stop them?” she asked during the podcast.
So, it is fair to say that the reality TV mogul successfully elaborated that she never slid into Doncic’s DMs. And the Lakers’ guard already has a girlfriend, his childhood sweetheart Anamaria Goltes, with whom he shares daughter Gabriela. Kim never dared to take that position publicly.
It is surprising to see that even A-list celebrities can’t escape fabricated content made by fake NBACentel. They can now proudly say that they have earned their reputation again by cooking up fake drama that looks legitimate enough to fool casual basketball fans.
