“More than winning, we know,” one fan responded.
Another fan, meanwhile, echoed Reese’s sentiment and called back to one of the names fans have attached to her.
“Hence the name…the FASHION FORWARD,” the fan said.
Outside of being a star WNBA player, Angel Reese has branched out of sports and has dipped her toes in fashion ventures, including modeling, doing photoshoots, and more recently, being part of a Victoria’s Secret fashion show.
Reese had also ventured into acting, as she recently had a cameo in an Idris Elba film. In a related interview, she has expressed her intent on pursuing the career further by taking acting lessons from an acting coach.
WNBA Fans Diss Angel Reese: “Rebounds Win Games”
Over at X, WNBA fans dissed Sky star Angel Reese for one of her recent posts, where she simply declared that “rebounds win games.” Fans had mixed reactions, with some showing support and some blasting her for it.

For one fan, Reese might have gotten the term confused.
“Rebounds wins games not mebounds,” the fan said.

“Mebounds” had become one of the terms attached to Reese and her playstyle. Fans have called her out for getting credited for rebounds that came from her own missed shots, and thus the term. Reese initially embraced the criticism in silence, but eventually capitalized on it by trademarking the term and releasing her official merchandise with the “mebounds” branding.
Meanwhile, one fan showed support for the WNBA and the contributions of a good rebounder to a winning team.
“They do!” the fan commented in response. “And you’re great at it. Rodman’s teams won titles cause of him, nobody criticized him for being a less than superhuman marksman cause he was an otherworldly rebounder. You are too. You have a superpower Angel do not let “them” steal your joy. You’re special whether they like or they don’t. But they better learn to love it!”

On the other hand, a fan agreed with the sentiment, but not when it’s Reese being talked about.
“Not when you’re doing the rebounding,” they said.
WNBA fans are currently on the lookout for offseason updates and moves from theri favorite franchises that could boost interest for the 2026 season.
