WNBA Fans Call for Sophie Cunningham Contract Renewal

Sophie Cunningham’s season-ending torn right MCL in August and subsequent surgery have left her squarely in recovery mode as the Fever turn their attention to 2026, but questions loom about whether she will return to Indiana when she’s healthy. Following the war reception that fans felt from her recent video, WNBA fans have started to call for the franchise to renew her contract and keep her on their roster.
